Retry my declining payment

My payment is still failing or declining

If your payment isn’t processing, there could be an issue with the card network or issuing bank (links to How payment processing works on Kahana). You can reach out to your bank for information and assistance. For example, your bank may have placed restrictions that exclude subscription transactions. A brief discussion with a representative on their end could help with clarification.

Why did my payment decline?

Here are a few reasons that payments will fail or decline: 


  • Credit card is expired
  • Payment details aren't correct
  • Payment details aren't up-to-date
  • Issuing bank has blocked the transaction
  • Kahana’s authorization has been revoked
  • Not enough funds 


Kahana will continue to retry declined membership payments throughout the month. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been processed successfully.
