Currently, Kahana is freemium, subscription only, however you can make a one-time annual payment for your Premium Plan.
Also, in the future, Kahana is in the process of developing a suite of features that will help you monetize your collective knowledge and content through hubs! When the updates are released, you will be able to enable your community and audience to pay for access to your hubs.
