Can I limit the number of subscribers in my hub?

There are ways to limit the number of subscribers in your hub. If you want a paying subscriber removed, you can kick them out of your hub, but this is not something we recommend without contacting them or warning them first. You can also remove a user from a free hub where you are an admin or owner.
